What's In A Name?
Salvation Army. Goodwill. Mercedes. Stalin. I find it amazing how a name or brand can bring a million images or feelings to mind. Most interesting is how many opportunities we get to influence the perception of others: to change for good or bad. Those names I listed were just names for years until a pattern of performance made them legendary. The lesson for me? We are not what we are labeled. We are what we do well...repeatedly.
